When free isn’t

I attended a bit of a webinar this afternoon, and wasn’t impressed with the content or delivery. I left early and consoled myself with the thought that it was free.

To watch it, I’d cut short a trip out with my beloved. I forewent some studying on a separate online course. I missed the best weather of the day to sit outside with an ice cream.

All opportunity cost.

Not a big deal, and I did take away some learning, though I was reminded that there’s very little that’s really free.
