Psychological safety

In consistently high performing teams, colleagues know they have each other’s backs. There can be healthy challenge and disagreement, but there’s confidence that folks can try, make mistakes, learn, and move forward.

It’s hard to get this right for a team, especially if you’re not giving yourself the same healthy space.
