The will to prepare

Interviewing candidates presents lessons for both sides of the table – regardless of the outcome.

In a recent interview I was reminded of a Bear Bryant quote I often think of and could heed more in many areas of life:

“It’s not the will to win, but the will to prepare to win that’s important.”

Train. Practice. Learn.
