What do you mean?

When a thought has long been internalised and you’ve gone over and over it without making progress, it can be really helpful to verbalise it with someone else. The bits that were clear to you, you might need to explain. The bits you were stuck on, might be more easily overcome.

There’s magic in pulling the idea out of your head. The cold light of day might show up its flaws, but the warm glow of recognition might lend embodiment and generate momentum.

If you’re stuck and you talk it though, perhaps you can then move on.

Ideally, you can move forward.
