Some days absolutely don’t go to plan. Days, weeks, months – pick a timeframe.
It’s very tempting to consider it an excuse when things get crazy. To let yourself off the hook for being healthy. To stop working because no-one can check. To ignore someone’s plight due to difficulty of your own.
There’s a good chance you really can’t do all the things anymore, but that’s no reason to leave aside those that you can. Look again at the priorities, assess what is possible and gives best value in these changed circumstances – carry on.
