In the meantime

Some days it’s hard to get started. The road you’re on seems very long and you feel discouraged – will you ever get there? If you can’t take another step on that journey right now, ask yourself what can you do in the meantime. Between now and when you get started again, what can you do?

Maybe it’s just cleaning the house (which is surprisingly good for your mental health). Whatever it is, if the alternative is to to wallow feeling defeated then just do something while your mojo catches up. It will.
