If you’re looking to improve then you’re going to need some feedback.
It might be generated internally, which is fine but will limit the perspectives you gather. External feedback, especially, comes with the risk that you might not hear what you want to. This is good.
To improve or do something new requires trial and its corollary, error. You’ll need to accept feedback that isn’t glowing, or you’re just working in a safe place or at a slow pace. Do better than that.
